This policy explains how Freelance Goldmine handles personal data.

1. Data we collect

Account: your name and email via our authentication provider. Payments: order and payment status from Cashfree; we do not store your card details. WhatsApp: for both plans, an encrypted connection token for your linked number, held only until your campaign completes and then deleted - we do not read, store, or sync your WhatsApp messages or contacts. Campaign data: publicly available business listings, including names, phone numbers, and addresses discovered for your campaign.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service: authenticate you, process payments, run campaigns, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Processors

We share data with infrastructure providers strictly to run the Service, including authentication, database, storage, and payment providers such as Cashfree. Each processes data under its own terms.

4. Retention

Account and order records are retained as required for legal and accounting purposes. WhatsApp connection tokens are deleted once a campaign finishes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing piyush@thefreelancegoldmine.com.
