These Terms govern your use of Freelance Goldmine (the "Service"). By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service does
Freelance Goldmine discovers local businesses, generates a sample website and a short demo video for each, and either sends a pitch from your own connected WhatsApp number for both plans or generates a website plus a wa.me link per lead for Manual plans. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, replies, or sales.
2. Purchase cooldown
To protect WhatsApp number reputation, after any successful purchase you cannot make another purchase until the day-after-next at 00:00 Asia/Kolkata. This applies across all automatic plans.
3. Your WhatsApp & acceptable use
For both plans you link your own WhatsApp number; we hold an encrypted connection token only until your campaign completes, then delete it. You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's terms and applicable anti-spam laws. Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messaging. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Cashfree. Prices are shown in INR inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the campaign giving rise to the claim.
