Cancellation & Refund Policy

Freelance Goldmine sells a digital, made-to-order service: a campaign run. This policy explains when cancellations and refunds apply.

1. Failed or under-delivered campaigns

If a campaign fails due to an error on our side, or delivers no usable leads/websites, we will at our discretion re-run the campaign at no charge or issue a refund. Lead counts are targets, not guarantees; partial delivery, such as fewer matching businesses than the plan target, is not by itself grounds for a refund.

2. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Cashfree, typically within 5-7 business days. To request a refund, email piyush@thefreelancegoldmine.com with your registered email and order reference.
